About Me

*I am 30 years old and live in West London. I work part time as a talent acquisition consultant in London city and when I'm not making placements I'm at my other job...being mum to a gorgeous one year old girl!

*My P4 journey started in January 2016. I had gained 17kg (oops) during my pregnancy and after over indulging at Christmas it was time to get my fitness levels up and body back into good shape!

August 2016 and I have lost all of my baby weight and am now back to my normal weight, 74kg.


Why did I sign up?

*P4 appealed to me because it meant that I could work out from home/the park etc and I didn't have to travel to get to the gym. This was a big selling point for me because being a working mum I simply couldn't find the time/childcare to be able to get to the gym.


The toughest part?

*Getting started. But once you do you will wonder why everyone isnt doing it! 


The Best Part?

*P4 works for me because I have support as and when I need it. Some days after a hard day at work and then coming home to look after my little one really can be exhausting. But the support from the team is fantastic.

I enjoy reading the updates and success stories from other P4 members on the P4 community page. It's another way it motivates me and I get to engage with other people who are working towards their goals.

I also have access to quick simple healthy meals that are easy to prepare.


Advice to a new starter?

*Everyone at P4 is so friendly, and actually enjoy helping you. You feel like part of a team and it really doesn't matter what level you're at when you start. I wish i had started something like this sooner!
