About Me

*I am a 50 year old grandmother of 3 who works full time. I am a self confessed sugar addict and before joining P4 had never exercised before. I hate gyms and felt really self conscious in any environment out of my comfort zone so I had sort of 'given up' and thought that a healthier life and body wasn't for me.

*I have dropped 3 dress sizes, over 10kg, I no longer have back pain and have so much more energy than ever before. I feel better now than when I was in my 30's! 


Why did I sign up?

*My family commitments are the most important thing to me and spending time with them is what I want to do with any spare minute I get around work. I could never justify the time it takes to work out in a gym nor did I know what to do if I went to one. I joined P4 as I needed a programme to follow to ensure I do the right thing and get it done in 20-30 minutes. 


The toughest part?

*Believing that I could do it and actually see results. There is always someone else who needs my time, but learning to make myself a priority, even for just 20 minutes a day has changed my life! 


The Best Part?

*I work out in my living room, sometimes even in my pjs and its done in record time. I don't need any equipment and I see my body changing weekly. If I need anything from a new session to simply some extra motivation I simply contact my P4 Coach Linda and she's always there to help. I can now say that I even enjoy exercise which is something I never thought I would hear myself say before doing this! 


Advice to a new starter?

*Don't believe anyone when they say you're too old to get started. Health is important across the whole of your life, and so is feeling good in your own skin.
