About Me

*I am a 42 year old mum of 2, I work part time.  I've always enjoyed keeping fit and used to go to regular exercise classes but they didn't seem to have much impact.

Plan: Kickstart 30 day plan and then PRO Online



*So far I have dropped from a size 14 to a size 10 and I've lost over 1.5 stone!


Why did I sign up?

*The classes I used to attend (with another company) became too expensive and a friend had experienced excellent results with P4 so she suggested I give it a try


The toughest part?

*It sounds so corny but I honestly haven't found it tough.  In the beginning I thought I would struggle with changing my diet and with cutting down on alcohol but it has been pretty easy and I feel so much better.  The pros have definitely outweighed the cons. 


The Best Part?

*There are so many best parts!  

1) The workouts are tailored to me and completely fit in around my life.  

2) The results, seeing my body change in a short amount of time has been amazing - I really never expected results like this.  

3) The motivation and support I have got from Linda has been inspiring and has kept me on track.


Advice to a new starter?

*My advice would be listen to the coaches, they really know what they are talking about and give the programme the commitment it deserves because it really works!
